I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2012. My approach to therapy is eclectic, based on your needs, and is influenced by Adlerian theory, person-centered therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion. I believe that you are the expert in your life and the hero of your own story! My hope is to empower you and for us to work together to establish and make progress toward your goals with support and unconditional positive regard.
