Greetings... I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and a healthy dose of humor. I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—and that even the hardest work can come with moments of lightness and relief. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build insight, resilience, and real, lasting change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or just feeling stuck—I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, authenticity, and a belief that growth is always possible (and sometimes even fun). I am a level 2 trauma specialist. I work with all kinds of trauma. I have been working with the veteran population for the past few years. I love helping all my patients reach their goals while using a healthy dose of fun and laughter. Looking forward to working with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a fun approach to therapy, but I am also very skilled based. I used a mix of therapy methods such as TF-CBT, CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, etc.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The typical process for working with my client begins with an initial intake session. During this stage, the client and I will gather background information, discuss the client’s concerns, and identify goals for therapy. From there, the client and I collaboratively develop a treatment plan tailored to the client’s needs. Ongoing sessions usually involve exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while working on strategies or interventions that support the client’s goals. The approach may vary depending on the therapist’s modality and the client’s preferences.
