Over the course of 17 years in the mental health field, I have gained experience working as a domestic violence advocate, case manager, social worker, mental health therapist, and psychologist. I hold a PhD in General Psychology from Capella University and a Master’s in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University. The most significant goal I wish to help others achieve is to improve overall psychological, behavioral, social, spiritual, and developmental health, so that a more flourishing life can be lived and maintained.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
