I was really looking forward to speaking with Nicole Tiberi, but I left the appointment feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Her demeanor and overall energy came across as dismissive, and I felt judged rather than understood. Instead of feeling supported or validated, I felt unheard. When I asked for guidance on my situation, she told me she didn’t know what to say, which was disheartening. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions with clients seeking genuine understanding and care. I have been to multiple therapist and have not experienced anything like this.
