With a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University, I take a creative and collaborative approach in my practice, researching innovative techniques and information to help you make the changes you desire.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Accepting New Clients. Only 2 spots left! Accepting Aetna Insurance or private pay. Are you or your child feeling anxious, depressed, mentally exhausted, or stuck? Are you struggling, need support, or just need someone to be able to navigate problems with? We can work together to create a safe place for you or your child to explore your difficult moments in life; motivating growth,& finding practical tools for change. I am here to help you develop new habits and skills to help cope with life’s various challenges, creating a new path towards success. My ideal client is someone like YOU who just needs extra support!.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The therapeutic relationship is crucial; creating opportunities to deepen their understanding of themselves, while learning new ways to handle life's difficulties. I strive to be compassionate, non-judgmental, genuine and down-to-earth, so individuals feel safe and comfortable sharing their deepest thoughts and feelings. I want to hear about your experiences. By getting in touch with me, we will begin the process by having a short free 10 minute Telehealth session where you get the opportunity to meet me and ask questions. We go over some basic information and questions. If you are using insurance, you will be sent a link via headway for paperwork/billing informations. Once approved, we schedule and can start talk therapy/counseling services within a week. Typical session is 50 -60 minutes via Telehealth approved platforms.
