With 15 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, families, and adults across various settings, including hospitals, communities, offices, and schools. My journey began in inner-city schools, supporting at-risk children, and evolved to focus on trauma, abuse, and integrated care for kids and families. In 2012, I expanded my expertise to include working with adults in a hospital setting, providing psychosocial assessments and group therapy. Since starting my private practice in 2015, I've enjoyed working with individuals across all age groups, from children to the elderly. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, solution-focused, and collaborative. I tailor treatment to each individual, utilizing a variety of therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy (TFCBT). I believe in increasing awareness, developing cognitive defusion, identifying values, and improving mindfulness to help clients live rich, meaningful lives.
