Maybe the algorithm brought you here because adulthood is adulting a little too hard lately. I work with young adults navigating their twenties, from new jobs and changing friendships to relationships, independence, and figuring out who you are and what you want out of life. This stage is about more than becoming independent. It’s about finding your voice, discovering your values, and questioning patterns you grew up believing were normal but may no longer feel right. Maybe you're learning to set boundaries, speak up for yourself, or let go of expectations that don't fit who you're becoming. You don't have to untangle it all alone. I'm here to help you make sense of it and find your own way forward. Whether you're navigating anxiety, self-esteem, relationship struggles, or the messy in-between moments of growing into yourself, therapy can be a space to pause and focus on you. My approach is warm, laid-back, and collaborative. Think less pressure to have all the answers and more room to show up as you are, talk things through, and figure out what works for you. Together, we'll work toward feeling more confident, grounded, and connected in your life and relationships. I provide telehealth therapy throughout New Jersey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door, and you definitely don't need to know exactly what to say. We'll work together to understand what's been feeling overwhelming, whether that's anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem, a major life transition, or just the feeling that you're stuck and not sure what comes next. We'll talk about what's going on in your life right now and figure out practical ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and conversational, not like you're sitting across from someone waiting to be told what's wrong with you. I'll ask questions, listen without judgment, challenge you when it helps, and give you space when you need it. Some sessions might be deep. Some might be surprisingly funny. Some days you may walk in with a very specific problem, and other days it may be more like, "I don't even know what's wrong, I just know I can't keep feeling like this." That's okay. We can start there. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling understood, supported, and a little more equipped to handle whatever life is throwing at you next.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel like a big deal, especially if you've never done it before. My goal is to make the process feel much less intimidating. We'll start by getting to know you and what's bringing you to therapy. Maybe you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, a major life transition, or you're simply feeling stuck and don't know where to start. There is no perfect way to explain it. We'll figure it out together. From there, we'll talk about what you want to be different and what would actually feel helpful to you. We'll work together to understand patterns, identify what's getting in your way, and develop practical tools that fit your real life. Therapy isn't about checking boxes or rushing to a finish line. It's about making progress at a pace that feels right for you. As we work together, we'll regularly check in about what's helping, what's not, and what you need more or less of. Your goals can change as your life changes, and our work can change with them. Think of it as a conversation with a purpose. You bring what's happening in your life, and we'll work together to make sense of it and figure out what comes next.
