Most of my clients are looking for meaning, suffering from sadness, anxiety, feelings of emptiness, hopelessness, loss of joy, agitation, guilt, fixating on past failures. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have helped many individuals understand the source of their decision making. Combining CBT and a balanced spiritual life I can assist you in understanding your reactions and transform them into wiser decisions. My goal is to help clients gain awareness and tactics to best manage challenges.
