Hi, I'm Niki! My pronouns are she/they. If you find yourself struggling with patterns of people-pleasing, not feeling satisfied with life, difficulty in relationships, or never feeling good enough, I'm here to help!
I have experience helping adults heal from interpersonal/relational trauma, overcoming depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
I have training in Schema Therapy (ST), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Inference-based CBT (I-CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP/EXRP).

My style is warm and genuine and my number one priority is creating a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. When we feel fully accepted as we are, we are empowered to grow!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
