My name is Nikki Caravella, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work at Youngstown State University in 1996 and my Master's in Social Work at Case Western Reserve University in 1998. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients, each bringing a unique history and distinct needs and expectations for counseling. As a therapist, I treat a wide range of mental health issues and life adjustment challenges. I am experienced in helping clients relieve anxiety using various techniques, including neuro-linguistic programming. For those who have suffered past traumatic events, we can use cognitive-behavioral tools to help reconcile the emotions connected to those experiences. If you live in or near Ocala and are able to attend sessions in person, we can utilize a treatment called Accelerated Resolution Therapy to address trauma.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
