I am a Christian therapist. My workis guided by core values of integrity, empathy and the belief that every person has been wonderfully made. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I strive to create a nonjudgemental space where you are heard, valued and supported.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My theraputic process includes the Assessment ad Rapport building, psychoeducation, collaborative goal setting, identifying and understanding though patterns, Behavioral Interventions, homework and practice, Review and maitenace of new skills and behaviors.
