Getting to know Nikole Green
I am a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. My experience includes supporting clients in both school and social settings, helping them manage peer relationships, academic stress, and emotional regulation.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Psychodynamic techniques. I also incorporate mindfulness and holistic strategies to support emotional and spiritual well-being.
My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients of all ages feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I believe healing happens when individuals are given the tools to connect the dots between their experiences, patterns, and goals. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
