Hi, I’m a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting teens and adults through life’s challenges and transitions. My work began as a school counselor, helping adolescents navigate emotions, relationships, and identity. Over time, I realized my heart was in helping people at every stage of life find healing and balance, so I earned my additional credentials in mental health counseling to continue doing the work I love.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and major life changes. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to pause, reset, and rediscover your strength.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I use a variety of evidence-based methods—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your goals and moves at your pace. I believe small steps can lead to powerful growth, and I’ll always meet you with empathy, honesty, and care.
Clients often tell me they appreciate how easy it feels to open up and how supported they feel throughout the process. I see therapy as a partnership—you are the author of your story, and I’m here to help you explore, understand, and rewrite the parts that no longer serve you. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little more hopeful, confident, and in control of your life.
I offer therapy sessions through secure telehealth video, providing a safe, private, and comfortable space from wherever you are. I’m available weekday afternoons and evenings starting at 4:30 PM.
