I hold a Master's degree and am a Licensed Addiction Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My approach to therapy is collaborative; I believe in working together with you to find the best path forward. Whether you're dealing with addiction, anger management, family or intimate relationship issues, grief, life transitions, medical or physical health concerns, multicultural or diversity issues, OCD, phobias, PTSD, spirituality, stress, trauma, or narcissistic personality disorder, I am here to support you. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and understanding environment where your unique experiences and challenges are respected. I am committed to helping you realize your potential and improve your overall well-being. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family, including my two dogs who love our long walks together.
