I am a committed and highly dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with excellent rapport building skills honed through experience as a therapist, teacher, and life lessons. I understand that the therapeutic relationship is extremely important to making progress with your goals.
I have experience working with adults, seniors, teens, and adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds. Much of my experience has been working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, grief and loss, PTSD, and mood disorders. I have training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider.
