Psychotherapist

“Mental wellness isn't a luxury. It's your foundation.” I work with people who are accomplished on paper-but quietly overwhelmed in life. I'm Dr. Nina Jefferson, a board-certified clinical psychologist and founder of Prestige Psychology Suite, where therapy meets the real world of ambition, high standards, and relentless responsibility. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology. I specialize in helping high performers-executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals-manage anxiety, improve sleep, and repair their relationships without sacrificing their success or privacy. You've probably been praised for holding it all together. But behind the polished image is stress that's become chronic, sleep that's been inconsistent for years, or a relationship that's hanging on by a thread. That's where I come in. I bring over 20 years of expertise and real solutions that work-no fluff, no surface-level talk therapy. I'm one of a small percentage of psychologists board-certified in clinical psychology, a certified sleep expert and national-level CBT-I coach for insomnia, and a Level 3 Gottman-certified couples therapist (a method backed by 40+ years of research). I combine evidence-based techniques with cultural awareness, neuropsych-informed tools, and performance-focused strategies designed to fit your lifestyle-not interrupt it. If you're ready to take care of the part of you that keeps everything else running-your mental health-I'm currently accepting new clients. Therapy isn't where you go to fall apart. It's where you go to rise stronger.

What should a new client know about working with you?

“This isn’t talk therapy. It’s transformation.” I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, “How do you feel?” I’m the one who helps you get unstuck, find clarity, and start living better—with intention. When you work with me, you’ll get a psychologist who understands the stakes. You have a lot riding on your shoulders—your team, your business, your family. You can’t afford to waste time in therapy that doesn’t go anywhere. That’s why I use a direct, science-backed, and highly personalized approach. You’ll leave sessions with actionable strategies and deeper insight, not just validation. You’ll feel seen, but you’ll also be challenged—in the best way. I help you break cycles, shift patterns, and align your mind with the life you want to lead. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, poor sleep, relationship conflict, or simply craving more peace in your high-powered life—my role is to help you get results that last. That means creating space for you to breathe, think, and actually feel better—not just cope better. Sessions are virtual, discreet, and designed with your schedule in mind. I’m here to help you protect your most valuable assets: your energy, your peace, and your mind.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Structured. Insightful. Effective.” My process is clear, focused, and tailored to meet you where you are—mentally and emotionally, yes, but also logistically. As someone who works with busy professionals, I know your time is limited and valuable. That’s why every step of the process is designed to bring clarity, relief, and momentum from day one. Step 1: Complimentary Consult Call We’ll start with a brief call to ensure I’m the right fit for your needs. It’s pressure-free and designed to help you feel comfortable before we dive in. Step 2: Intake & Goal Setting Our first session will explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you want to change. We’ll look at multiple domains of your life: emotional, cognitive, relational, physical, and even spiritual alignment if relevant. Step 3: Personalized, Evidence-Based Treatment I use a blend of gold-standard interventions like CBT, ACT, Gottman Method, and CBT-I, layered with mindset work and performance coaching tools. You’ll gain both insight and strategy. This is about healing and high performance. Step 4: Measurable Progress & Support We’ll track your progress together—whether through improved sleep, less anxiety, more emotional regulation, or a stronger relationship. I’ll help you implement, reflect, and pivot when needed. Clients often feel more empowered within just a few sessions. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe in high-touch, high-impact care for people doing big things—and needing a space to be human while doing them.
