Whether you’re struggling to have healthy, fulfilling relationships or are dealing with the stresses of everyday life, I’m here to help you find a path forward. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively. I apply a variety of therapeutic modalities, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT) to parts work, all of which shape my approach to creating a specialized plan of care for you.
