What should a new client know about working with you?

While my practice centers LGBTQIA+ folks, I welcome all individuals. My approach to therapy is guided by holistic, person focused, and LGBTQIA+ centered care. My work aims to promote transformation in the relationship to yourself and others, resilience, personal insight, understanding your negative cycles, and relief from challenging feeling experiences. I will meet you where you are at and will customize my holistic approach to your needs. I believe that when we are deeply listened to with empathy, compassion, and curiosity, it gives us the confidence and safety we need to change and make new choices. I also believe you already possess the strengths to navigate the challenges you're facing. I would love to help you come home to a stronger authentic sense of self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer both art and talk therapy to provide you with a uniquely creative and supportive experience. You do not need to be an artist to benefit from art therapy; creating art can be the building block to understanding who we are more deeply and joyfully.
