What is your typical process for working with clients?

The therapeutic process, while sometimes uncomfortable and challenging, as self-actualization and healing can be, is a treasured gift for all involved. I believe in togetherness and the power of "we." Together, we will download, process, and heal. Your therapeutic treatment plan and goals are determined by you, as your autonomy is my priority.
