My focus Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working directly with individuals in a variety of mental health settings, supporting them as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward building healthier, more fulfilling lives. Since 2021, I’ve worked as a therapist in a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health clinics, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, and private practice. My communication style I believe in treating the whole person. I work collaboratively with my clients to support their healing with compassion, respect, and empathy.
