Helping others heal is my passion and life purpose. My most influential work is holding space for others on their healing journey. If you are ready to transform your life—personally and spiritually—I am here to walk with you on the path to healing. If life has been dragging you down, giving you lemons, making it hard to cope, with the kids acting up or relationship issues, I understand. I have 15+ years of experience in Trauma Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Spiritual Growth. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi.

What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients can expect to take a dive into themselves in order to discover what blocks them. I will teach clients about their codependency issues, which affect their relationships. We will dive into any trauma issues in order to heal any unhealthy beliefs/behaviors, as a result of trauma. Clients can expect to learn new and effective coping skills as well as mindfulness. Clients can expect to learn how to calm their nervous system and be in control of their emotions.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Nivea is great at allowing the client to be themselves. She responds without judgement and provides suggestions without sugarcoating it. She builds rapport with her clients and it feels like you are having a catch up session with an old friend.

Nivea has been wonderful to work with. I've made so much progress since starting therapy with her 4-5 months ago. She has been very empathetic and understanding, but very good at honing in on what I need to focus on for my own healing and development. Highly recommended!
