What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a collaborative, reflective, and insight-oriented approach to therapy, supporting adults and professionals who are seeking deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and a stronger sense of identity and purpose. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, or a sense of disconnection from themselves despite external success. Together, we explore how early experiences, core beliefs, and the search for meaning shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can heal old wounds, reconnect with your authentic self, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and meaningful. My goal is to help you cultivate insight, resilience, and clarity so that your choices reflect who you truly are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we focus on getting to know you—your experiences, goals, and what brought you to therapy. You’ll feel heard and understood from the start as we clarify what change or growth would feel meaningful and discuss how therapy can best support your goals. My aim is for you to leave the session with insight, a sense of direction, and confidence that you are in a safe space to explore and reconnect with your authentic self.
