Getting to know Noah Alvarado

I have worked with the entire age/developmental spectrum, with clients who are Neurodiverse, Queer, and BIPOC, facing issues with Life Transitions, Identity, Depression, Addictions, Trauma, and Alzheimer's. I love working with any client who is seeking positive change in their life, and who is looking to develop a strong support system, with therapy as a helping hand. I work to create a comforting and safe environment for my clients to feel supported and also challenged in their own personal journey. I have a background in sports coaching and have helped people of all ages and ability levels achieve their goals for the past decade.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My personal experience as a neurodiverse/ Latino, as well as my work and variety of education/training, help me work with a wide range of needs, tailoring my approach to each client utilizing a very person centered approach. I also like to use mindfulness, ACT, CBT, and a Neuroinclusive framework when working with clients and families. I am honored to work with any new clients seeking to grow and develop with therapy. Each person deserves a space where they feel safe being seen for who they really are, and I strive to create that space while helping to encourage positive growth. I'm excited to hear from you, begin getting to know you, and helping you on your own unique journey.
