I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand or know how to change. My approach is relational, collaborative, and tailored to you. I integrate EMDR and parts-based work to help clients better understand themselves, process meaningful experiences, and feel more grounded in how they move through their lives. Together, we’ll focus on making sense of what’s coming up for you - both in the present and beneath the surface - so that change feels more natural, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
