Hi there, I'm Noell! Choosing to pursue therapy is a brave and oftentimes nerve-wracking experience. I make it my goal to put my clients at ease, meeting them where they are to create a safe and comfortable space where you can feel at ease to be your most authentic self. My approach I take the time to get to know each individual, and together we formulate a plan to uniquely address your therapeutic needs. My style welcomes people into therapy, even those who may be unsure of how therapy may work for them. I combine empathy and compassion with solid evidence-based clinical skills. such as shifting thinking patterns and learning to calm the nervous system, to help you achieve lasting change. I truly believe that everyone has the power to overcome barriers, break negative cycles, and live their best life! My focus My professional experience is grounded in the abuse and trauma field. I have enjoyed meeting and working with people of different ages, backgrounds, and life experiences across various social service and community mental health settings, with a focus on adolescents and adults. Although my specialty is trauma work, I also have many years of experience working with a variety of mental health concerns, including depression and mood disorders, anxiety, anger/aggression, low self-esteem, ADHD, OCD, stress management, and more. My communication style I approach each client with empathy, healing, and unconditional positive regard. I focus on being open and honest in how I communicate, and I try to create a space where you can feel safe and not judged. I’m a good listener and will take the time to really hear what you’re going through. If we’re dealing with something tough, I’ll be your cheerleader every step of the way.
