Most relevant

I booked my appointment through zocdoc because this provider was listed as accepting my insurance. Their office, Wellnite, contacted me the next day to tell me that time was already booked, so they gave me an appointment for the day before my original time, which conflicted with my family's plans. Additionally, they could not determine whether my insurance would cover the trip, and instead of follow up after the appointment time passed (which was not available on the Wellnite website), I have not received a callback to determine what occurred. There is no way to call and speak with a representative at Wellnite. They call you back at your own leisure, or not at all. Certainly not how I would like my first therapy session to go. Hopefully Noelle Nero can read this and find out how bad Wellnite truly is.
