Noelle (she/her) is a seasoned Counselor with 20 years of experience specializing in Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Counseling, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She holds an MSEd in Counseling from Northern Illinois University. Noelle has a passion for working with adolescents, children, mothers, parents, and individuals within the LGBTQIA2S+ community. What should a new client know about working with you?

Through solution-focused, talk therapy, I can help you through your depression, anxiety, and/or relationship issues. I generally like to focus on perspectives - looking at the way you look at yourself, your situations, and your relationships and see how we might be able to look at things a bit differently to improve your outlook.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

If you are struggling with your relationships with others or within yourself, I can help. I would like to work with you to help build your self-concept and increase your satisfaction with your relationships. I can clients by using talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and/or solution focused therapy.

I currently accept insurance from Ambetter/Centene Blue Cross Blue Shield Multiplan Network In addition, I work with several EAPs, I offer SuperBills for out-of-network benefits, and out-of-pocket services. Payments can be made conveniently with a credit card on my secure patient portal or by mailing in checks. Payments from Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, etc are highly discouraged due to their lack of HIPAA compliance and cannot maintain your privacy. Use of these applications are at your own discretion. Cost for out-of-pocket appointments are $150/hr.
