“Noelle is incredible at making you feel safe enough and comfortable enough to open up. She never tries to dominate the session if there's something specific you want to unpack but will ask guiding and clarifying questions to keep you on track and make sure you're doing the work you're supposed to do in therapy. She is results-oriented; her strategy is let's figure out a plan to correct what's wrong and control what we can control now, so we can dig deeper and find root causes over time. She feels like a companion on your mental health journey rather than an overseer you have to check on with. Accountability workout judgement, critique without criticism. Highly recommended. ”

I have been a counselor for 20 years working in schools and private practice. I have a master's degree in Counseling, I am a certified School Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I specialize in talk therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My approach to therapy My main focus with my clients is to learn about their goals for therapy. What do they see improving in their lives through our work together? My specializations include work with anxiety, self-worth, work/life balance, and communication. What you can expect from me Our first session is primarily getting to know one another. I want to hear about your struggles and your goals. I want you to learn about how I approach therapy and what you can gain from our relationship together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My job is to get to know you, your needs, and your goals. It is important to me that we work towards your goals so the first step is figuring out what those goals are and how we can best work toward them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When working with me, clients do a lot of the talking. My first job is to listen and then assess how we can best move forward together. I use talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you reach the goals you set for yourself.
