Getting to know Noelle Vestre-Schmid

My goal as a therapist is to guide my clients during the counseling process to a place where they are more satisfied with their lives. I believe changing the way we think and making mindful choices is the catalyst for such changes. It's been my experience that clients possess what's needed to change what has become unmanageable or is affecting them negatively. I approach therapy as a process and journey that both client and therapist embark on together. If you are a person who would like to improve yourself and your life, then you are a good candidate for therapy. I will do billing for Out of Network clients to eliminate the hassle for them. I have extensive experience treating mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction/addictive behaviors. My goal is to help clients obtain and maintain a happier and healthier life and relationships. I enjoy it when they arrive at a place where they can see a change in an area that could have blocked their progress or caused them struggles. I have dedicated 25+ years working in the field of mental health. Along with private practice, I have worked at two nonprofit agencies. Having this background has led me to keep each individual in mind as I choose my therapeutic approach. I am willing to work with clients with insurance through a superbill.
