We are in network with BCBS PPO mental health policies and are happy to submit claims to that insurance provider. If you are out of network with BCBS PPO, then we are happy to provide you with a superbill after paying the OON rate, for you to file with your insurance company for reimbursement. We do offer sliding scale appointments M-F before 4pm, depending on the total household income of the client, between $95-$175 per session. These rates are not available for sessions after 4pm or on the weekends.
