*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* I support individuals working through challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, PTSD, and trauma. Together, we'll explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences to better understand what has shaped your distress and how it impacts you today. My approach is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental-I'll truly listen to your story and walk beside you as we navigate your journey of self-discovery. With encouragement and support, I believe you can reclaim a sense of self and build a life that reflects the best version of you. I'll ensure you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. My curiosity about life, human behavior, and the mind fuels my passion for therapy. In my free time, I love losing myself in spiritual books, biking along scenic paths, practicing yoga, and diving into a good thriller movie. I bring a balance of warmth and curiosity to both life and my work. Reaching out for therapy is a big step-it's courageous, and it says you're ready for change. I'm honored to walk this path with you, providing the support, insight, and encouragement you need to heal and grow. We can navigate the tough moments and uncover the resilience within you. I look forward to meeting you and starting this journey of transformation. Nora Park has a Master’s in Counseling from Boston University School of Medicine. What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults and elders navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, PTSD, and trauma. Whether you’re looking to be heard and understood, build coping tools, or explore personal growth, I’m here to meet you where you are. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment, as we work together toward healing, growth, and discovering your path forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we work together, you will have my undivided attention, warmth, and genuine empathy. As we unpack your lived experiences, everything will make sense, living no room for judgment. I will focus on your emotions-understanding how your emotional responses formed, how they impact you, and how they affect your relationships with others. My goal is to guide you in understanding your emotional experiences, helping you embrace all types of emotions without fear, and empowering you to notice, acknowledge, and utilize what your emotions are trying to tell you.?
