Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor and a graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, where I earned my Master's degree in Counselor Education. My pursuit of a counseling degree began after nine years of teaching elementary students. That experience helped me come to terms with my passion to help people succeed in every aspect of their lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use evidence-based counseling intervention like cognitive behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy to help my clients take control of their thoughts, empowering them them to take control of their recovery.
