Hi, I'm a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and 43 years of experience providing therapy and helping people make the changes they want to make in their lives. I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in various settings and situations. I have facilitated progress with difficult feelings such as depression, anxiety, anger, grief, loneliness, feeling stuck, and insecurity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients tell me that I’m very easy to open up to and that they feel heard and understood. In the beginning we look at your issues together and find another way to understand what is happening. We establish a therapeutic alliance so you know you are not alone. I help you identify the strengths you already have and those areas that are challenging and need support with.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
