What is your typical process for working with clients?
We’ll explore what has brought you to therapy, what challenges you are facing, and what goals you have for treatment and yourself. We will assess how those challenges are affecting all areas of your life - relationships, family, health, career, finances, and overall life satisfaction. Together, we will customize a treatment plan that best supports you and uses evidence-based practices. We will explore the experiences and relationships that made you who you are, and then assess who you want to be. We will process the past and I will teach you techniques that make you more intentional about the future. I will guide you with patience and compassion as you work towards building a life that is more genuinely your own.
