Hello, I'm Norinee. I believe in the power of compassion and empathy to foster healing and growth. My therapeutic philosophy centers around active listening, compassion, and trust. I strive to create a space where you feel validated, supported, and understood. My approach ensures that you are met with empathy and respect, no matter what challenges you are facing.
I have had the privilege of providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations, including those experiencing homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault. My work often involves crisis intervention and trauma-focused care, where I aim to help clients navigate through their most difficult times with resilience and hope.
I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling from Lindenwood University in 2013 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2014. Since then, I have dedicated myself to supporting individuals through various life challenges, including addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, gender identity, grief, intimate relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, military and veteran support, multicultural and diversity issues, PTSD, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma.
