A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with British Caribbean roots, I bring both clinical expertise and the grounded perspective that comes from lived experience. I understand that life can feel like a roller-coaster-with highs, lows, and constant cycles of new beginnings and endings.
My career in mental health began in 2012, leading me to earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of South Florida. Since 2014, I have supported individuals and families across Florida and the Caribbean.
Over time, I have adapted my practice to meet evolving needs, including the transition to Telehealth, allowing me to serve a broader and more diverse population while maintaining a consistent, supportive presence.

Finding a new therapist is scary, because it’s like starting all over. But Norlan made it a very smooth process and has been challenging me to push myself and feel my emotions, energy, and strength.
