I want to start by saying that reaching out for support takes courage, and I deeply respect your willingness to take this step. My name is Nuanxin, and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University focusing on working with children and young adults who are facing variety of life challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and trauma in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I am committed to create a non-judgmental, empathetic, warm, compassionate, and genuine space for all my clients. I draw from approaches focusing on identifying how thoughts impacts emotions and behaviors, and finding positive solutions to manage those difficult situations. Together, we can work on identifying your strengths, setting meaningful goals, and developing tools to help you cope with life stressors. I believe that healing happens in connection, through feeling understood, supported, and safe enough to explore what is really going on. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and encouragement as you navigate through your journey in life. You don’t have to go through this alone.
