I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment to adults experiencing emotional dysregulation, trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges. My work is grounded in respect, collaboration, and clinical precision. I integrate DBT skills with trauma-focused interventions to support both stabilization and deeper therapeutic work. Clients learn practical tools for mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness while addressing the lasting impact of traumatic experiences at a safe and individualized pace. Treatment is structured, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client’s needs, strengths, and readiness for change. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is validating, consistent, and nonjudgmental. I view therapy as a collaborative process aimed at increasing insight, resilience, and emotional flexibility.
