I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution. With experience in community mental health, I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic- behavioral therapy (DBT), attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, and family systems therapy. The aim of therapy is to create an environment that allows clients to become aware of their inner strengths. Together, we focus on active listening and provide psychological tools to help individuals face challenges throughout their life. Emphasizing the therapeutic relationship, I work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals.
