Through mindful guidance; I'll help you become your best self.I have been a dedicated psychotherapist for over a decade; and continue to have a passion for clients and my profession. I have a double Master’s Degree in Psychology and Social Work and my expertise includes trauma; depression; anxiety; PTSD and complex trauma. As an EMDR therapist; I also use CBT; CPT; and TF-CBT for trauma-focused therapy.
