Hi, I am Olena and I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and EMDR therapy. I've found that my niche is helping clients who are tired of feeling stuck, caught in old patterns, or reliving the past. You don't have to keep carrying the weight of painful memories, past experiences, or emotions that feel impossible to manage alone. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered.
