Hello! I'm Olena Miller, an experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and EMDR therapy. I’ve found that my niche is helping clients who are tired of feeling stuck, caught in old patterns, or reliving the past. I believe that you don't have to continue living this way and that healing is possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is compassionate and collaborative, and I believe that therapy should be a safe space where you feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout your healing process. The foundation of my style is person-centered therapy, which means I believe you’re the expert on your own life. I believe you already have many of the answers within you, but sometimes trauma, anxiety, or life’s experiences can make it harder to access that inner wisdom. My role is to help you reconnect with it by creating a space where you can better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you. My hope is that, through that process, you’ll gain greater insight, feel less stuck, rediscover your strengths, and experience more freedom from the past so it no longer defines your present or limits your future.
