Hi! I had been a licensed psychologist for more than 35 years, serving the Puerto Rican population for about 38 years and recently licensed in Florida. I had worked as a consultant, university professor, therapist, health coach and a nutritional coach within the scope of my professional experience. I speak both English and Spanish and love to work with adults. My present practice is as a telehealth psychologist, with Florida clients. For 38 years I have helped people turn problematic situations and trauma into hope and triumph. Clients have healed trauma, overcome eating disorders and growth, as they find their best version. I use an integrative approach directed to nourish the body, heal the mind and empowered the spirit. Therapy goals are set to heal, learn to cope and continue to grow. I have professional certifications in Trauma, Eating Disorders, and Binging. I have been very successful treating clients with different Eating Disorders, Binging and Chronic Dieting.
