I am a licensed clinical social worker with an additional Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have provided psychotherapy to people of different backgrounds and ages, from child to enderly. I also have a background in crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric social work. When working with clients I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices including: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, ACT, Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness. My approach to working with clients is always trauma informed; however, sessions are tailored to each client’s individual needs and progress at the client’s pace. Whatever your concerns, we’ll work together to help you feel better. I am here to make you feel supported and empowered so you walk away with tools, skills, and techniques you can utilize in your everyday life.
