Hi there, I'm Olimpia.
Do you ever feel hopeless? Are you struggling to keep up with day-to-day basic routines? Is it hard to give yourself some love?
I help manage symptoms of anxiety and depression by learning to identify triggers, looking at them from a different perspective, and developing a better relationship with yourself. I have an eclectic approach that involves mindfulness, diet, exercise, meditation, and awareness.
Whether it is anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relationship issues, I am here to help. Therapy can be scary, but you have taken the first step toward figuring out what is going on. Hopefully, together we can get to the bottom of things and find the balance that is important to you.
I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Capella University, which informs my compassionate and personalized approach to therapy.
What should a new client know about working with you?
During our sessions you can expect a compassionate, empathetic and save environment. As a therapist, I will provide you with an insight into the cause of how you are feeling, advice with handling difficult situations, and education on how the body and mind work within ourselves and the environment.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
