Getting to know Olivia Einbund

Hi, I'm Olivia (she/her), a licensed Marriage Family Therapist based in Los Angeles. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University - Los Angeles. I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person and virtual sessions. As an IFS therapist, a therapist for therapists, and a young adult specialist, I understand that finding the right therapist can be challenging. I'm here to help.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to healing is holistic, integrating parts work (Internal Family Systems level two trained) and somatic methods (Sensorimotor Psychotherapy level two trained) to support deeper levels of healing. I believe in providing a warm and compassionate environment, working collaboratively with you to appropriately address your specific needs. It is a privilege for me to be present with you, without judgment or distractions, allowing you to work at making your life better each week. I have experience working with a wide array of identities including: LGBTQ+ affirmative, BIPOC allied, health at every size stance, vegan positive, and neurodivergent allied.
