I'm a warm and caring Therapist. My approach is client-centered. I like to let my clients know that they are always in choice and you are the expert in you. I want you to feel empowered to make your own decisions, regardless of what you might think I feel about a decision of yours, I want you to go for it! My style and approach to Therapy is to be collaborative with my clients. I will push or challenge you when I sense you are stuck. I will support your choices and goals. I am open to feedback.
