What should a new client know about working with you?

Olivia's approach is built on the foundation of: safety, respect, deep listening, identity affirmation, anti-capitalist values, and meeting clients exactly where they are. She believes therapy is a space where every part of you — including the parts that carry shame, confusion, or pain — deserves to be heard and tended to. Olivia practices through an integrative lens, tailoring her work to each client's unique needs, story, and pace. If you were one of Olivia's clients, you'd experience a therapeutic space that is safe, where you are heard and respected, a place to grow, create connection, and understand yourself more clearly.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I book through the Psychsomtica website and offer a free 20-minute consultation to ensure both parties feel it's a good therapeutic fit. I typically see clients once a week to begin, and can offer more sessions if needed. I have immediate availability.
