As a Provisionally Licensed Therapist, LPC, my focus is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where adolescents and adults feel empowered to heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), depression, eating disorders, women’s issues, and complex emotional and behavioral concerns. I also work with clients navigating substance use, self-harm, suicidal ideation, psychosis, LGBTQ+ concerns, and diverse relationship dynamics, including kink and polyamorous relationships. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to each individual’s needs and goals. I believe meaningful change begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship. Through evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients develop coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, build confidence, and create lasting positive change.
