I work with adults in a therapeutic setting to help them process their emotions, thought patterns, and lived experiences. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the School of Health Sciences at Touro University in Manhattan and hold a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany. My goal is to support their healing journey and empower them to become the best versions of themselves!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am an empathetic, open-minded clinician that does not believe in a one size fits all approach. I am experienced in many different evidence based practices that will be tailored to you and your journey in the therapeutic space.

You will be able to leave session feeling empowered, seen, validated and heard. My goal for you is feel confident using the tools you learn with in the therapeutic space to become a better you!
